Yes, we offer 24-hour LIVE agent on snow days. You will not be directed to an answering machine unless you choose to and you will never hear ‘Voicemail box is full’. On non-snow days our agents are available during regular business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri). We suggest using our Online Ticketing panel rather than calling in to our office as it is much more efficient. It is very easy to use and all tickets entered go directly to your dispatcher’s screen.
