The Kodiak Snowblowing Female Heavy Equipment Operator Program is structured as a 1-week classroom and job-site training segment at Kodiak’s office in Stittsville followed by four subsequent months (18 weeks) of paid hands-on, supervisor-mentored work in the residential snow removal industry.
Candidates that are successful in the training program and align with Kodiak’s culture and safety standards will retain Preferred Status with Kodiak for seasonal employment, receive a Certificate of Completion / Letter of Reference in April 2017, be eligible for a $500 ‘Quality of Work’ Bonus, and get paid $200 for each training candidate referred to us to successfully complete our program.
