> I’m finally getting around to writing. I mentioned to you a week ago how pleased I was with your snow blowing service in 2006/2007. You are the fifth company I have used in the last five years; and the only one I will readily commit to again. My wife never had to phone and say, “Where are you? I can’t get out of the driveway and I have to be at work in 20 minutes.” She had to make that call to all of our previous suppliers. I never worried about getting past the snow ridge at the end of my driveway; your drivers worked throughout the night and during the day. You even came out several times when you were not obligated to do so. All in all, we were very comfortable and impressed with your excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others; there are several other Kodiak customers on my block alone. You may use my name and this letter as a reference however you wish.
